Along the village walls, at the intersection of the provincial road and Via Appennina, stands the Monument to the Fallen of Montefalcone Appennino. Created in 1923 by Giuseppe Tonnini, the monument features, on its upper part, a bronze sculpture of eagle with open wings soaring over the truncated pyramidal base made of white stone and marble. The base consists of large bulging limestone blocks and a plinth covered bronze slabs bearing relief engravings. Additional bronze plaques with the names of the fallen of World War II were added below in 1945.
